Gail Small is a Fulbright Memorial Scholar. She has been named to Who's Who In American Colleges and Universities and Who's Who Among America's Teachers in 2005 and 2006. Ms. Small holds a Master's Degree in Education and Certification with the William Glasser Institute. She is a People to People Ambassador.

Her lecture venues include local, national and international conferences, festivals, and major cruise lines. Gail has been featured on subjects including communication, volunteering, creativity, choice theory, education, self-esteem, and writing.

Ms. Small is a Master teacher and has consulted for teacher training programs at Pepperdine University, California State Universities, California Lutheran University, and Moorpark College. During her thirty-five year teaching career, she mentored gifted and talented, troubled, high-risk, learning disabled, bilingual, mainstreamed and multi-aged students.
